Terms of Service
1 - The Terms
By using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. The Terms apply to all users of this website, and to all purchases of goods and services from Crowe and Co Limited (we/us). If you do not accept these Terms, then please refrain from using this website.
We may amend the Terms at any time by updating them on this website. The amended Terms will take immediate effect upon publication, and by continuing to access the website you agree to be bound by the amended Terms.
We will supply goods and services to you on these Terms only unless we have expressly agreed in writing to a variation of them.
2 - Personal Information
We will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars and must be paid for in New Zealand dollars. All prices include GST and charges for standard delivery (view Delivery for further information) unless otherwise stated.
3 - SMS Marketing
By consenting to Crowe and Co’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initializing a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

We have the right to modify any telephone number or short code we use to operate the service at any time. You will be notified on such occasions. You agree that any messages you send to a telephone number or short code we have changed, including any STOP or HELP requests, may not be received, and we will not be liable for honoring requests made in such messages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
4 - Placing an order
By law we cannot sell or supply alcohol to persons under the age of 18 years. Proof of ID may be requested at the time you place your order or at the time of delivery.
5 - Fulfilment
We will endeavour to fulfil your order within 1 working day of receiving your order, and dispatch it within another one working day. We reserve the right to replace items within each gift box with a similar item of the same or higher value to fulfil orders in a reasonable timeframe. Should we have no suitable replacement we will contact you to discuss options. We operate Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm, any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed on Monday.
6- Returning an Order
We want everyone to be happy when they receive a gift box from us. So if you come across a breakage or something seems amiss please contact us and we will find the best solution for you.
