Can I order multiple gifts at once?
Yes! You can add multiple gifts to your cart, or for 5+ boxes to different addresses download our [bulk order form] and email it to operations@croweandco.co.nz

🚚 Delivery & Shipping
Where do you deliver?
We deliver New Zealand-wide. Simply enter your address at checkout and you’ll see delivery options and pricing.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
In Christchurch, we can often arrange same-day or urgent courier delivery. Please contact us directly to confirm availability.
What are the delivery timeframes?
Standard NZ delivery: 1-3 business days. Overnight with South Island and 2-3 days for North Island.
Overnight delivery: available for most regions (cut-off applies)
Christchurch same-day: available on request
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is calculated at checkout based on your location and speed selected.
Do you deliver to rural addresses?
Yes, but rural delivery may take an extra 1–2 days. So when you receive the courier link and it says delivered, that can mean it's been delivered to the rural depot, there will then be the additional day or 2 for actual delivery.

Can I add my logo or colours to the gifts?
Yes — we offer branded gift boxes, stickers, cards, and other packaging elements.
Do you provide branded merchandise?
Yes, we source and supply many branded products. Check out our [Branded Merchandise page] for our most popular products. You can purchase these as one-off items (without additional gift box elements) or part of a gift box package.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and account terms for approved corporate customers.
Do you offer account terms for corporate clients?
Yes, for regular or bulk orders. Please get in touch to set this up.

Do you include receipts in the box?
No — our gifts never include receipts inside. You’ll receive an email confirmation instead. If you do want a receipt for business reasons please email us this request.
Can I add a personal note?
Yes — you can add a personalised card message at checkout, and we’ll print it for you.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we deliver within New Zealand only. If you have an overseas enquiry please email us and we can quote it for you.
