Do you have a physical store?

We are an online only business, however with our office and warehouse all under one roof we are able to offer click and collect.


If you are based in Christchurch (our warehouse is located at Unit 3, 97 Wordsworth Street) and you would like to use click and collect, simply complete your purchase and at checkout you will see the free option to pick the gift up. 


Usually we require at least one business day to have the order ready for pick up, however if you need it sooner please call 021 02761974 or email operations@croweandco.co.nz and we will try our best to have it ready at your preferred time. 


We are unable to make up gifts on the spot should you choose to visit us, and we are unable to take payment on site.

What are your opening hours for the physical store?

We are open from 8am - 4pm Monday to Friday. Being an online service you can order 24/7. Happy days!


We are closed weekends and public holidays, including Canterbury Anniversary Day.


Overnight and Same Day orders need to be placed before 2pm and are only available Monday - Friday 

Delivery

We deliver New Zealand wide and to Australia, and beyond if needed.

I would like to order multiple gifts? How do I do this?

You can either add multiple gift boxes to your cart and complete your purchase, or if you would like to order more than 5 gift boxes you can download our bulk order form and email it to operations@croweandco.co.nz


We'll be in touch to confirm the order and take care of the rest for you.
